How long does the process take?
Completion times vary from order to order. Delivery times are influenced by our existing workload, as well as the size and condition of your order. Whether you dropped it off or shipped it in, we will give you an approximate time of completion, which will depend on the size, number of pieces, type of repairs, etc. Some orders may take two weeks, while others take six weeks or longer. We will contact you when the order is complete. If you have specific, time sensitive needs, please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate you. In most cases, we are able to do so.
How do I pay?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit, cash, certified cheque and money order. We normally require a deposit of 50% to start processing your order.
How should I package my parts for shipping?
Choose a sturdy box. Wrap your parts individually in newspaper or other packaging material. Collect all smaller parts into a bag before packaging them. Be sure to make two packing lists – one to go with the shipment and one to keep for your records. If you package it well, your parts will be sure to arrive safe and sound.

Is there a warranty?
Cambridge Custom Chrome guarantees its chrome plating to be free from defective workmanship to the original purchaser. Under this warranty, the part will be re-processed, at our option, without charge for the plating. The part must be returned to us along with a copy of the original invoice. This warranty does not apply to plating that has been mis-used or abused. The warranty covers a period of one (1) year from the date the part was originally processed – not from the date of installation. We pay no dis-assembly or assembly cost. This is a one (1) year limited warranty. No other warranty is either expressed or implied.
